Salesfive Joins Salesforce’s New FDE Partner Network with Immediate Effect

Munich. salesfive GmbH is pleased to announce that, together with its UK-based subsidiary fluent:cx, it has been accepted into Salesforce’s global Forward-Deployed Engineering (FDE) Partner Network. This gives Europe’s leading Salesforce Partner direct access to the vendor’s product and engineering teams, opportunities for dedicated training, and immediate access to the latest innovations around Agentforce, Salesforce’s autonomous AI agent.

With the FDE Partner Network, Salesforce aims to support selected partners in successfully moving Agentforce from the pilot phase into production for their customers and setting it up for scalable use. The network currently includes around 70 partners from the Salesforce ecosystem worldwide. According to Salesforce, the focus is particularly on technical excellence and proven project outcomes.

Salesfive has already successfully implemented Agentforce for numerous mid-sized businesses and large enterprises. Clients include the streaming service RTL+, the comparison service provider Bionic and the health insurer Simplyhealth. This track record was a key factor in bringing Salesfive into the exclusive FDE Partner Network.
