fluent:cx is based in the UK, with its office in London. The company forms part of the wider Salesfive Group, which also has offices across Switzerland, Germany and Croatia.
With a dedicated UK presence, we are able to provide direct local support while leveraging the wider expertise and international reach of the Group.
The fluent:cx Journey
In 2023, fluent:cx launched in the UK under the leadership of its three co-founders: Stewart Holt, Peter Leman and Steven Ward. The trio arrived with many years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
The launch marked a fresh beginning for fluent:cx, bringing a boutique and dedicated Salesforce partner to the UK&I market. Since then, the company has moved from strength to strength, building a talented team.
In February 2025, fluent:cx became part of the Salesfive Group, a boutique German consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions across Europe.
Being part of Salesfive empowers us to combine our UK expertise with the group’s established presence in Germany, Switzerland and Croatia. This means our clients benefit from both direct local support and access to a wider pool of international knowledge, resources, and proven best practices.
